Vince is the founder of Chillico Group. Vince’s 40 year portfolio speaks for itself. With a vast variety of quality volume for new dwellings, extensions to existing dwellings, renovations and project development Vince has positioned Chillico Group to greater heights. Ensuing his knowledge is past down from generation Vince has utilised the business to keep its knowledge current with his family being involved with the business. Vince’s passion only comes with building and ensuring customers get what they want and are happy.

Managing Director

Rick is the business smarts of the business. Representing the face of Chillico Group Rick manages all projects of the business from start to finish. The project management phase of this business is vital to trade allocation, signing off on plans and permits and overall representing the client in building their dream home. Rick ensures all areas are performed according to regulation and that all project aspects are met and exceeded for the customer.

Ricks passion is project management, building and design phase and general manager to Chillico Group.
